The water heater in our basement failed, flooding the basement. By luck I called Leak Proof Restoration and our water problem was quickly accessed and plan was immediately explained to us by Mr. Darrell McCampbell. Little did we know we had the main man, CEO Mr. Darrell Campbell, at our home on day one working like a Trojan to start the remediation process. He promised to be back the next day to continue with his crew removing the soaked carpet, wood trim, and the drywall(24" high) around the basement wall. The next day they returned completed their task placing 22 drying fans around the floor that ran the next 7days 24 hrs. to dry the concrete floor. Everyday, Mr. McCampbell, came to our home to get the readings for the moisture in the air in the basement for the 7 days.
